The John Marshall Review of Intellectual Property Law is proud to announce the publication of Issue 2 of Volume 16!  We are pleased to feature articles by Scott Locke, Michelle Evans, Brian Frye, Christopher Ryan, and Franklin Runge covering a wide range of topics including the “obvious to try” standard in patent litigation, the Defend Trade Secrets Act, and an empirical study of the copyright practice of American law journals. Also included are student comments by Robert Laverty and Tyler Barbacovi examining how high-tech firms can utilize business method patents and exploring the emergence of ad blocking software.
